The best family vacation week ever; a unanamous vote from all. Last year we were on the Orchid property and have voted to return to Kolea next year. The house was incredible; we tried to find at least one fault and failed. The location ideal. We cannot wait to return.

This luxury private residence with an ocean view is located on lot #14 at Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Kolea is the most luxurious property in Waikoloa. This extraordinary community is oceanfront, nestled around the white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay ("A" Bay).

This 4 bedroom, 4 ½ bathroom residence has over 4,300 square feet of interior living space. The home features air conditioning, high speed internet, a spacious gourmet kitchen with 2 Wolf ovens and 2 dishwashers.

Guests will love the comfort of 2 master suites flowing onto the lanai, each with a spacious private bathroom. The large retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai view of the ocean and the living areas with ease. The lanai features pool, spa, and an outdoor living & dining area with a gas barbecue.

The Kolea community is a retreat with special touches like fronting a white sand beach, the Beach Club Pavilion featuring a natural lava hot tub, infinity edge pool and a children's pool complete with a sand bottom and waterfall. From here, one can walk to the Hilton's incomparable Kohala Spa and ocean-side restaurants, 2 championship golf courses, and a variety of imaginative shops that round out Waikoloa Resort life.
